Six and a half years. That's the sentence passed down to loyalist killer Gary Haggarty yesterday, because of time served Haggarty could be free in a matter of weeks. That's been met by disbelief and anger by families of the victims of the loyalist paramilitary, who was a paid police informer and then turned supergrass.
