Yesterday survivors of historical institutional abuse met with the head of the Civil Service David Sterling. They had deep concerns with the suggested 'full implementation, of the HIA recommendations'. Stephen spoke to Gerry McCann, chairperson of the Rosetta Trust, and Jon McCourt from Survivors North West.
