On Friday, Connecticut's one-and-only official state groundhog, "Chuckles," will make his annual Groundhog Day prediction at the Lutz Children's Museum in Manchester.
In this interview with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, Bob Eckert, the museum's executive director, talks about the event and the museum.
