Is it time to rethink how we prosecute speeders?

One of Britain's leading traffic police chiefs says drivers should be punished for going just one mile an hour over the speed limit.

Chief Constable, Anthony Bangham -- the lead officer on road policing for the National Police Chiefs Council -- is calling for an end to giving motorists a 10% leeway on speed limits.

We spoke about this last year regarding the rules here being 10% of the speed limit - plus 2 miles per hour.
