British Doctor says lifestyle changes can keep cancer at bay

A British medical doctor is encouraging healthy diet to reduce risks of cancer. 

Catherine Davison, a doctor in the UNMISS Force Medical Unit says intake of fruits and vegetables and reduced sweet and fatty foods reduce chances of all forms of cancer. 

Dr Catherine Spoke on the Miraya Doctor Program this morning, sayig  lifestyle changes including more exercise and less consumption of alcohol and cigarettes can save lives. 

She was raising awareness in commemoration of World Cancer Day which falls on the 4th of February every year.
