It's been described as one last chance to restore power-sharing. But at Stormont yesterday it was more like groundhog day. The DUP say significant gaps remain - but they won't tell you what they are. They say there has been progress - but they won't tell you what it is. And the smaller parties say they're being frozen out. All this while a cash strapped civil service cries out for a budget as hospital waiting lists go up and our schools struggle to balance the books.
