A #Kent homeless charity have admitted they're 'stretched to breaking point' because of the rising number of people on the streets. Porchlight say they supported 633 rough sleepers between April and December last year - up 39% on the same time in 2016. As freezing temperatures continue, it's feared lives will be put at risk if they can't get everyone into accommodation.
