Learning Vocabulary - Breaking the Ice

In this week's Premier Skills English Podcast, Jack and Rich talk about the language you need when you meet someone for the first time. They talk about informal and formal situations and focus on the informal and formal language you can use in different situations. When should you say, 'It's an absolute pleasure to meet you' and when should you say, 'Hey, How you doing?'. It can be difficult to break the ice so Jack and Rich roleplay three different situations where you might find yourself in the future. Your task is to listen to each roleplay and write a similar dialogue using the phrases we introduce in this podcast.
