Police Ombudsman Al Hutchinson has said some form of amnesty should be considered here in Northern Ireland. Mr Hutchinson believes it would be impossible to investigate all murders from the Troubles. But do you agree? Is this the only way to get the truth and move on? Or is this unfair on the many victims of the troubles?
