State Sen. Tony Hwang says the proposed East Windsor casino is not a done deal, despite legislative approval in the last session. Talking with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, the Senator, who opposes casinos, talked about the looming battle between MGM and the tribal-owned casinos over casinos on non-sovereign land.
