UNMISS steps in to help candidates sitting South Sudan Secondary exams

The UN Mission in South Sudan’s Central Equatoria state together with humanitarian partners are facilitating the South Sudan Secondary School Certificate examinations which kick off today.

More than 700 students from the PoC site are sitting this years exams at a designated center lodated in Buluk A outside the Poc site.  

UN Peacekeepers will transport the students from the Protection of Civillians site in Juba to ensure their safety throughout the examination period.

UNMISS Relief, Reintegration and Protection Section's chief, Sam Muhumure, told our Colleague Regina Gorle, that all arrangements have been concluded to snure that the students sit their exams in a safe and secure environment.
