A campaign's urging parents of children in Kent with minor illnesses to take them to the pharmacist, rather than going straight to the GP or A-and-E. NHS England says it could save around 850 million pounds a year if more people did this. The health service says heading to the local pharmacy first will help ease pressure on GPs and other services. Ferride Karson is a pharmacist based in Chatham - he says there's many benefits to over the counter services.
