On Monday, the second phase of the High Level Revitalisation Forum entered week two, but with a major snag, after SPLM-IO delegation of Riek Machar walked out of the morning’s discussions, protesting reports of fresh fighting near Nassir town in Latjor state.

Discussions on the transitional security arrangements, were grounded to a halt as each side blamed the other for the attack.

Shortly after the walk out, the Nine opposition groups accused government of launching an attack on its position in Nasir and demanded an urgent and immediate investigation of all current violations.

Here is Kwaje Lasu, representing the nine opposition groups that boycotted the talks.
