Mid and East Antrim Borough Council are the first in Northern Ireland to launch a Smoke-Free Play-Park Campaign. 69 play parks in the area will display signs promoting a smoke free environment. The campaign aims to "protect children and young people from exposure to smoking behaviours." So does this move help support and promote healthy lifestyles or is it the nanny state getting out of hand? Vinny got the views of commentators Tina Calder and Dave Atherton.
