Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin says his efforts to steer the city out of its financial plight qualify him to be governor of Connecticut. The mayor, who has formed an exploratory committee for a gubernatorial run, also discussed several city-related issues - including recent hit-and-run motor vehicle deaths - during an interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis.
