Worcestershire Hospital Says They're On A "Journey Of Improvement" After Bethany Shipsey Death

A hospital in Worcestershire have told Heart they have brought in more staff - after the death of a 21-year-old who's taken diet pills.  Today a coroner ruled Beth Shipsey's death was suicide - but that there were failures care at the overcrowded Worcestershire Royal last February. Her patients say her life could have been saved IF she had had the correct treatment at A&E. Chief Nursing Officer Vicky Morris has been talking to Heart.
