Businesses are struggling to recruit and retain a skilled workforce since the Brexit vote according to new research by a Kent based group that represents the haulage industry...  The Freight Transport Association's surveyed nearly 500 logistics companies - with nearly a quarter saying it's been harder to hire staff since deciding to leave the EU. The FTA recently called on the Prime Minister to confirm new trade and customs arrangements - James Hookham is deputy CEO of the organisation.
