More than 1000 drivers in Kent were caught using their phones behind the wheel last year - despite harsher penalties being brought in to stop it... You'll now get six points on your licence and a £200 fine for doing it. But according to stats from police, the number of offenders in the county rose by a third in 2017 compared to the previous year. Kevin Clinton is the head of road safety at the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.
