Derby Man Jailed For Preparing Terrorist Attack With Woman He Met Online

A couple who met on the internet have been jailed at the Old Bailey for plotting an Islamic State-inspired bomb or ricin terror attack. Munir Mohammed from Derby was given a life sentence with a minimum of 14 years and Rowaida El-Hassan from London was jailed for 12 years with five more years on extended licence. DCI Paul Greenwood is from the North East's Counter Terrorism Policing unit.
