ACLU of Utah sues ICE, US Marshals over raids of Heber City home

A lawsuit filed Tuesday says federal agents terrorized a family from Mexico living in Heber City last year.
US Immigration and Customs Enforcement says they uphold laws while providing safety and security, although they do not comment on pending litigation.
