Unexploded Ordnance Kills Five children in Imotong State

Five children are confirmed dead in the Adis-Ababa residential area of Torit town Imotong state, after they were hit by unexploded ordinance while playing.

Latest updates show that three of the children died on the spot, while the two others succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.

It all started with a slightly object that attracted the eyes of the children and all hell broke loose as they tried to pull it out of the ground.

Justin Keleopas Takuru, is the Deputy Inspector of Police in Torit Municipal Council. he says the police are investigating the incident.
