Honda of Westport Couples Court- Should he not take a high paying job for the sake of their kids?

Laura doesn't want Kevin to take a higher paying career in NYC because she'll have to leave her retail gig to care for the kids. He says they need the cash for the family's future but she says her getting out of the house is worth more.
