The county council have defended their decision to cut breastfeeding services across Kent... Plans to change the way support's delivered have been approved - despite petitions against reducing the number of specialist clinics from 17 to six. It means weekday drop-in facilities and health visitors will be made available instead. Peter Oakford is from the county council.
