Secretary Chu continues his statement on incentives to encourage energy efficinecy in manufacturing and requests for additional funding for the EIA and the Office of Science to help solve energy challenges, and energy frontier research centers and energy hubs, and ARPA-E, plus National Nuclear Security Administration.
