Plumbers, tradesmen and builders in Kent are going to be trained to spot signs of child abuse and neglect... The NSPCC's going to be running online training sessions because they say workers who call at homes may see thing that others don't. Emma Motherwell is from the charity. Last year, more than a thousand calls and emails to the NSPCC were referred to police and children’s services in Kent - the majority from people concerned a child was being neglected.
