Health bosses in Kent are calling for more accessible tests after concerns people with HIV in the county are being diagnosed too late... Stats reveal more than half of people diagnosed in the county between 2014 and 2016 were in the late stages of the disease - making them 10 times less likely to survive the first year. Andrew Scott-Clark is the director of public health in Kent.
