Episode 211,   Mar 15, 2018, 06:16 AM

The acting coordinator of the Transitional Justice Working Group, Reverend James Ninrew Odong, who is also Executive Director of Assistance Mission for Africa, is urging the countries politicians to pick a leaf from Kenya and mend relations for the sake of peace in the country.

Kenya’s opposition leader Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta met on Friday last week and resolved to work together for the benefit of all Kenyans.

Speaking on Nationwide program, Reverend Ninrew said South Sudan’s warring sides should emulate the gesture by Kenya’s leaders and stir the country to peace.

“The example of Kenya just one week ago, I think it is challenging to us. It happened when I was in Nairobi and I was why this is not happening in my country, why not people deny themselves which is offices and after Makasi which is benefits, take them please but leave people, leave the people to enjoy the country that we fought for.”

On her part, Justice Ajonye Perpetua Paya, the Deputy Chairperson and acting secretary General South Sudan Law society, advised the citizens to work collectively to make South Sudan a better place.
