As the Connecticut General Assembly considers whether to add tolls in the state, Joe Scully, president of the Motor Transport Association of Connecticut, says tolls would increase costs in many areas for everybody. In this interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, Scully explained why the trucking industry opposes tolls.
