Autistic scout can get Eagle ranking, but lawsuit against BSA will continue

An apparent change of heart for the Boy Scouts of America. A Payson boy with Down syndrome and autism will be allowed to apply for the rank of Eagle Scout, after all. But, the boy’s family is still not pleased with the decision.
