A politics lecturer at the University of #Kent says changing gun laws in the US would be "incredibly hard". It comes as hundreds of people prepare to march in Washington DC demanding an end to gun violence and mass shootings in schools. Last month 17 people were killed when a former student opened fire at a high school in Florida.
