THE BALTIMORE CITY COLLEGE GETS A 10K HONOR

The NBC TV show RISE and the Educational Theatre Foundation gave a 10 thousand dollar grant to 50 high school drama programs all over the country. A thousand schools applied. The Baltimore City College High is the only one in Maryland to win the grant.
