#Kent’s one the first places to trial a new rehabilitation scheme for people who’ve committed animal offences. The RSPCA's come up with the idea to teach them how to look after pets properly - it's hoped it'll help reduce re-offending. Courts in the county are now able order criminals to complete the course and it's already happened for cases in #Dover and #Snodland.
