Mark Zuckerberg's visit to Washington

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg testified before House and Senate committees in the past 2 days in relation to the date leak case.

Political research firm Cambridge Analytica compromised personal information of approximately Facebook 87 million users, half a million of whom were from India, during the 2016 election season.

Zuckerberg, who co-founded Facebook in 2004, earlier admitted the lapses and asked for another chance to lead the company.

"We didn't take a broad enough view of our responsibility, and that was a big mistake. It was my mistake, and I'm sorry," Zuckerberg had said earlier in his written testimony released by a House of Representatives panel.
