There was a dramatic day of evidence at the RHI enquiry on Friday after Arlene Foster admitted that she has never read the legislation on RHI , despite standing up in Stormont and recommending it to the public of Northern Ireland. As we all know , the RHI enquiry has become one of the biggest political scandals to ever hit Northern Ireland , and contributed to the government in Northern Ireland collapsing. Some may ask how a minister can recommend legislation without reading it. And there were more bombshells last week. Arlene Foster said she relied on her special advisor Andrew Crawford to read expert reports in RHI and bring back concerns to her. One of the key item was consultant's report that could have identified the scheme's financial shortcomings. The technical report from consultants Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA) - cost you the tax payer £100,000. Stephen was joined by Newsletter political editor Sam McBride.
