Radio 5 Live Plays the Emergency Tape

The fire alarm at Media City, Salford has been busy in the last 24 hours, interrupting BBC Radio 5 Live shows with Tony Livesey and Nicky Campbell. The emergency tape is 5 Live jingles and Michael Palin, in an interview with Richard Bacon. You can almost imagine, in a time of national disaster, the BBC playing out the voice of Michael Palin to calm the nerves of the nation. #Radio5
