Rep. David Arconti from Danbury on a new bill for self serve alcoholic beverage machines!

Rep. David Arconti out of Danbury has introduced a bill that would allow bar and restaurant owners to install self serving alcohol machines, sort of like vending machines. He came on with Anna and Raven to talk about the process of the bill and how it came to be.
