So we are now at full employment - that pretty much suggests that anyone still claiming the dole is unemployable or not actively seeking work - but look around your family, your street, your community - does it really seem like we've never had it so good? And if it is so good, why can people not afford a house? Why is it that people who do have a job are queueing at food banks? Why do we all owe so much on credit cards? Why are people sleeping on the streets? Caller Barbara wanted to speak to Stephen about BBC employees...
