The government's preferred Brexit deal would leave the UK public finances £615m per week worse off than staying in the EU, according to new analysis. A study for the think tank Global Future looked at each of the three scenarios assessed by the government in its own leaked analysis, and you know what folks, none of the scenarios suggest good news. Jonathan Portes, a professor of economics at King's College, London, is the author of the report. Stephen spoke to him this morning and got the views of businessman and commentator Irwin Armstrong.
