Arlene Foster has admitted that when she signed a declaration saying that the RHI scheme represented a good use of taxpayers' money she did not know how much it would cost. However, Mrs Foster denies that represented a "blank cheque" and still insists that she didn't make any mistake at that time. Stephen spoke to Newsletter political editor Sam McBride.
