Some #homes in #Kent are earning more than their owners according to figures seen by #kmfm.
The average cost of a property in Canterbury for example has gone up almost £76,000 in the past two years - while earnings over the same time are put at £47,000.
Seven other parts of the county follow the same trend with just Medway, Ashford, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells going against it.
