Breaking news this morning. The Departments of Health and Justice have, under Freedom of Information Act requirements, have, jointly, decided to publish the 2016 report of the working group on fatal fetal abnormality.

The report recommends that the law should be changed to provide for termination of pregnancy where an abnormality is of such a nature as to be likely to cause death either before birth, during birth or in the early period after birth.
