Charter NI Chief executive Dee Stitt has given an interview to the Newsletter over the weekend outlining proposals for a 5 point plan to help the UDA disband in East Belfast and North Down.

Proposals for the three year plan has been submitted to The Executive Office and it would involve a budget for CharterNI.

Dee Stitt told the Newsletter that it was "key" that there would be "transparency" and "accountability" around the process and it would effectively be "helping the UDA to move on"

Charter do not wish to make any further comment on this to the Nolan Show this morning.
