This week RNIB's Natalie Swiderska discusses how you can take part in a fortnightly 'Quick Poll' and also chats about different ways you can get involved.

Natalie is joined by connect member Sarah Leadbetter, who tells us why it's so important to play your part and how she's able to shape RNIB thanks to her involvement.
