MSF suspends Medical activities in Mundri, Waits for Safety Guarantees

Following a violent attack on a convoy, in an area south of Mundri, Doctors Without Borders also known as Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has suspended its medical activities in the town and evacuated its staff affected by the incident.

Speaking to Radio Miraya reporter Robert Ohia, from the MSF headquarters in Amsterdam, Operations Manager Akke Boere said MSF is waiting for assurances from all armed actors that safety is guarantee before resuming medical activities in Mundri.
