#94 Jack Clark

We sit down with legendary University of California-Berkeley Rugby Coach Jack Clark. Clark has been the head coach for the Golden Bears for 33 years, in which they've won 23 National Championships. He shares with us the foundation of their success, their team culture. Cal's Team Culture is built on several axioms that they live on a daily basis the foundation of which is Grateful for Everything, Entitled to Nothing (2:10). The value system they have established help inform all of their decisions (5:35) and some of those values include Loving Conditionally (6:50), Team First, Self Last (9:30), Creating a Shared Vocabulary (11:50) and Expecting Everyone to Lead (15:52).
