A Translink spokesperson said:
“The X1 Dublin coach service is jointly operated with Bus Eireann. This particular service was operated by Bus Eireann and therefore we have advised this passenger to contact Bus Eireann directly to provide details of the missing luggage so that they can investigate.
“Translink has no ongoing issues with missing luggage on Airport services.
“We have clear procedures in place for lost property and would ask that customers call our contact centre on 90 66 66 30 or visit our website to register details of any missing items. We will then be able to investigate to see if the item can be traced and keep the passenger informed on developments.”
