Re-offending costs the country £15 billion every year.

Now, people are being urged to get behind High Down Prison’s award winning restaurant training scheme.

The site in Sutton trains up male inmates to work in its Clink Restaurant, with the promise of a job when they are released.

For those who have trained on the restaurant scheme, the re-offending rate is 0%.
