Authorities here have been told to stock thousands of anti-overdose kits after drug deaths more than doubled in three years.

There were 213 drug-related deaths in Kent between 2014 and 2016.

A report published by Public Health England recommends Kent stock over 3-THOUSAND kits to treat individuals receiving treatment for opiate use in the county.
