No amnesty for past paramilitary crimes. No Truth Commission for dealing with Northern Ireland's troubled past. No re-writing of history. Those are the pledges of DUP First Minister Peter Robinson, ahead of talks on the past hosted by Secretary of State Owen Paterson. Mr Robinson is totally at odds with Sinn Fein. So is there any chance of a political agreement on dealing with the past? Or will all these issues continue to fester away - victims and their pain, ongoing investigations and inquiries, the search for truth.
