One year after the Manchester arena bombing, the local mayor says people remain scarred, and the city's still recovering. Andy Burnham's been speaking ahead of a national minute's silence at 2:30 today. It'll be a chance to remember the 22 people who were killed during an Ariana Grande concert. The singer's tweeted to say she's sending 'light and warmth' on a 'challenging day'.
